I General Conditions

Online store operating at www.fajnebuty.pl is run by OSMAN COMPANY with headquarters at os. Hardopadły 348, 34-451 Tylmanowa, NIP 7352566187.

These regulations define the rules for using the online store www.fajnebuty.pl. Acceptance of the Regulations is voluntary, but necessary in order to place an order. Placing an order is tantamount to accepting all provisions contained in the Regulations in the form in force at the time of placing the order.

II Order Procedure

The Customer may place an order via the form available in the Online Store 24 hours a day, seven days a week or by phone at +48 795 994 630 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We only fulfill orders within Poland.

In order to complete the order, it is necessary to provide the contact details necessary to complete the order: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address. In the case of Customers running a business activity and wishing to receive a VAT invoice, please contact us by phone or e-mail (e-mail: biuro@fajnebuty.net, tel. +48 795 994 630).

III. Order changes

The Customer may make changes to the Virtual Basket until the order is placed. Changes to the delivery address provided by the Customer may only be made until the order is placed.

IV. Order Fulfillment

Orders placed for Goods are processed from Monday to Friday.

In the case of orders paid on delivery (cash on delivery), the order is fulfilled after it is confirmed by the Customer.

V. The right to withdraw from the contract and its consequences

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing at: Nice Shoes, os. Hardopadły 348, 34-451 Tylmanowa, of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You can also send the withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically to the e-mail address biuro@fajnebuty.net.

VI. Collection and processing of personal data

All products offered in the Store are free from physical and legal defects.
